REPORTS FROM THE CHAIRMAN AND TREASURER AND 2019 ACCOUNTS
Frogmore Village events have had to be cancelled (see Chairman's Report) and as no AGM has taken place due to Covid 19, the committee trustees have agreed via emails to stand as committee trustees for the year 2020.
In these unprecedented times, we decided this was the best way forward and this was agreed by all trustees.
Obviously in normal times, the AGM would have taken place and we would have received approval from villagers attending the AGM but this is now not possible.
Anna Bennett and Terry Dye were accepted as members of the Committee by the Trustees at a previous FVCA Committee meeting and have also agreed that the new members will become trustees.
The Charities Commission has been notified and updated. We can add this matter to the agenda for the 2021 AGM to seek approval of the new trustees and all the committee trustees.
Also, the resignation of Jeremy Masters as trustee has been accepted by the FVCA Committee. We thank Jeremy so much for his hard work and dedication – he will be missed.
Fiona Dye will minute the decisions by the trustees and will post this on the website too. When the trustees do meet up eventually (no date agreed yet), Fiona will then minute that meeting, reiterating our proposals as set out above.
Please read all reports below.
Please find below the draft minutes of the 2019 FVCA AGM.
